In light of the current global situation with COVID-19 cases, and for the health and safety of the DeveloperWeek community, we have taken the necessary step to run DeveloperWeek 2022 as an all-virtual event, as we did in 2021.
The all-virtual conference & expo will proceed as planned on February 7-9, 2022, including all 250+ participating speakers, 300+ hours of content, 75+ sponsors & partners, all related events, and 8,000+ developers, engineers, software architects, teams, leads, managers and executives converging in February VIRTUALLY globally online — our 10th annual event is built to discover & learn best practices in the latest in developer technologies, languages, platforms, tools, and technical management.
We are thankful for the support we’ve received from our DeveloperWeek community. These are challenging circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 global pandemic, and we will continue hosting DeveloperWeek for years to come.
Over the past 21 months, we’ve produced 12+ virtual events with more than 42,000+ members of our global community, with our attendees spending an average of 5.9 hours in our virtual conferences — with the all-virtual DeveloperWeek 2021 delivering 6,274 attendees from 112 countries (80% U.S.), and 8.7 hours in the event (per attendee) over three days.
We firmly believe that with the wave in COVID-19 cases around the world, this is the responsible step to take to ensure our community stays healthy.

What are the all-virtual dates & venue?
DeveloperWeek 2022 will be all-virtual on February 7-9, 2022. All participants will receive an email from us and Hopin (our virtual platform) by Friday, February 4, 2022, with specific details on how to join the virtual event online.
How do I purchase a pass for the all-virtual dates?
PRO, PREMIUM, and OPEN Passes all remain available and can be purchased here.
What happens next if I’m an attendee with a pass?
All original terms and conditions for your pass(es) apply to the all-virtual dates, February 7-9, 2022.
What about travel accommodations for the original in-person February 2-4, 2022, dates?
If you booked a hotel room(s) in the DeveloperWeek housing block, we are currently working through hotel details to cancel your reservation(s). We are unfortunately unable to assist with cancelling or rebooking travel accommodations outside of the DeveloperWeek housing block. As many hotels & airlines are offering loosened guidelines during this unprecedented COVID-19 global pandemic, the best option is to contact those hotels & airlines directly to cancel and/or rebook your travel.
